I adore Jane Austen and Georgette Heyer and can never get enough of books on the Regency era. The Regency period was ruled by elegance and etiquette and was characterized by distinctive trends in British culture, fashions, politics, and architecture.
A lovely young lady who I have the pleasure to know lives in Germany and is very involved in Regency dancing. Her wonderful mother helps make her dresses so I thought that a filigree wrapped vintage piece would work beautifully with the style of the period.

Regency Embellished Necklace A lovely blush faceted antique glass wrapped in fine filigree is accented by tourmaline rondelles.
And then I went crazy making earrings that would dangle and gleam in a ballroom! What fun!
Excellent website you have here but I was curious if you knew of any forums that cover
the same topics discussed in this article? I’d really love to be a part of group where I can get feedback from other knowledgeable individuals that share the
same interest. If you have any suggestions, please let me
know. Cheers!
